We pride ourselves on our outstanding patient services. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and will assist you in any way possible.

If you feel your child has circumstances we should be aware of before we see the child, please make us aware of your concerns. Each child deserves their individual and special care!

How are Appointments Scheduled?

The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can spend more time with the child. School children with restorative treatment to be done should be seen in the morning because Dr. Mike wants to be certain they have no problems throughout the day. Dental appointments are an excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued.

After school appointments are generally offered for preventive care appointments and are scheduled 6 months in advance.

Since appointmed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance maintaining our schedule.

What About Finances?

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best care possible. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard.

Dental Insurance

If we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment we will be happy to file your claim for you. We are glad to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan. Once your plan coverage has been verified, we will gladly accept assignment of payment from your insurance company.

We will do our best to accurately estimate your portion of the fee, but it is impossible to know the exact amount each insurance company will pay. Most plans only cover a portion of the dental fee, which means you will be responsible for your deductible and the estimated co-payment. Your co-payment is expected at the time you are in our office for dental care.
